The onion rings were burnt and full of extra oil. I ordered Fanta orange but got red one. Nuggets were too small. However, nuggets tasted good and sundae was excellent. Delivery time was good as well.

Over the last 2 orders at Hungry Jack , I have had a few issues to who ever is packing the order.
I have only received 15 nuggets instead of 18 on both orders.
No complementary glasses as per their advertisement.
No sauces delivered with the meal.
No straws with the drinks.
Seems Hungry Jacks need to check the order prior to giving it to the delivery driver.

Drink looks unappealing, tastes blandlike not enough syrup. Chips underful as always onlygood part is the burger.

my burger was HOT, like very very warm it tasted like it was fresh or that I ate it at the restaurant. but the chips were COLD. No exaggeration. not warm, not luke warm, not mildly cold, they were COLD with my very warm/hot burger and this has happened last time I ordered too. all other times I have ordered has been fine and good temp. whoever is handling the fryer, please train them how to not serve cold chips to people, regardless if they order through an app or in store.
