• 13/03/22If I could give this bakery more than 5 stars, I would! Make Believe has some of, if not THE BEST gluten free baked goods. They serve up nostalgic treats like cosmic brownies, and ho ho cupcakes (ohmygod so soft and chocolatey) BUT THEY'RE BETTER!! And they're better for you! If I were to introduce an anti-gluten-free friend (there are lots of people who are convinced that good gluten free food does not exist) this would be the place I would take them. Let me tell you, it is hard not to go hard with your purchases at this bakery-and ooooohhh is it worth it. Great quality! Great taste always! And such a lovely staff making and serving up these goods. Everything is reasonably priced too and gratuity is included (which is always a good thing) LOVE LOVE LOVE it here!

• 17/12/22Some of the best gluten free goodies around. I don't really even like chocolate that much, but I looooooove the Gluten Free Ho-Ho Cupcake, it's rich and the filling in the center in just the right amount of sweetness. Their Ginger Molasses Cookie (Gluten Free)is also delicious. Molasses cookies are one of my favorites and these are big, chewy and so tasty. Wonderful local business and so nice to have gluten free options.

• 03/10/22The BEST treats I have ever had!
I dream about the cupcakes! I get the gluten-free vegan chocolate cupcakes that are to die for. Every time I come to Denver I make sure I stop at make-believe bakery. I even take some home with me.
The only thing they have to figure out is how to deliver all over the country.

• 30/04/22This is what diary free dreams are made of! I wasn't expecting the pastries to be so big. My favorites were the funfetti cupcake and the cinnamon roll! I couldn't tell anything was vegan. I'm only sad I'm just now finding out about this bakery!

• 05/01/22Peanut Butter Cup Wizard is delicious! So rich, I usually get two or three desserts out of it. Love ordering the cupcake of the day and getting surprised when it arrives, always fantastic.
