The best pizza in the Tracy area. Everyone gets there own pizza, the way they like. Cost is about 1/2 the cost of other places and the ingredients are all top notch.

I haven't ordered pizza in ages and decided to go to mod pizza; the place was really nice and clean and the toppings were insane for the price that was offered. Friendly staff! It's like a subway but for pizza!

I appreciate the fast delivery! I created my own vegan pizza with vegan cheese, red sauce, vegan sausage, spinach, mushroom and pesto it was so good! I appreciate a restaurant that takes time and effort to deliver quality food.

One of the best pizzas I've ever had. It was loaded with all my favorite toppings and the balsamic fig glaze set it over the top. My new go to for pizza.
