Panera is always a great choice when I'm in meetings and need good food while I'm taking notes. The Chicken & Wild Rice Soup is fantastic this time of year.

I generally like this restaurant. The food is usually fresh and tasty. I have often been disappointed in their consistency. I ordered the full Asian Sesame Chicken Salad and Frozen Strawberry Lemonade. The salad bowl was barely half full. It is supposed to come with sesame seeds,fresh cilantro and sliced almonds. None of those ingredients were in the salad. For $14.19 I think I have a right to expect to have a full bowl with all the included ingredients. I requested silverware. I did not receive silverware or a straw for the lemonade. What I did receive was tasty. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Even though the food tasted good, the extreme lack of attention to detail makes it not a very good value. Please please train your employees to pay attention to details. It is just as important to me as the taste of the food when I am deciding on whether to order from your restaurant or not.

My sandwich was soggy and the lettuce was old as hell, it tasted awful I don't believe they washed it either. Absolutely disgusting and very disappointed had to throw the whole thing away. My soup was all broth there was like one piece of chicken in it and 5 noodles?? Absolutely ridiculous

Croque Monsieur Croissant Toast was only 1/2 a sandwich and not on croissant bread.  Once again disappointed by Panera.

Grilled cheese seemed to be done an hour prior. Barely any noodles in the soup and filled half the breadbowl .
