The House Plate was the best of both world's including ribs and chicken. The smoke level is perfectly balanced. The pickled vegetables are a fresh and cuts the richness of the bbq. The Pork Belly Burnt Ends melts in your mouth and leaves you wanting more. The Beans are pretty hearty and stands up well to the meal. The Potato Salad had olives which is a new thing for me and paired well with my meal.

Macaroni and cheese needed salt, did not like the olives in the Potato Salad. Beans had thin liquid with not enough rich flavor, Nanner Puddin' not rich or creamy, tasted thin and sweet, but not like banana. Just a lack of flavor, salt, and richness all around. Cornbread (Each) was moist and not dried out, so that was good. Greens were spicy, not a lot of richness, but great flavor. Pork sandwich had a lot of extra connect tissue, not a lot of smoke flavor unfortunately. Bbq sauce was ok, prefer a thicker sauce with more smoke.

We like the briskets from this place and we have been very happy with them up until this moment. The brisket they brought us today was dried up as if it was left-over from several days ago and warmed up
