Vermicelli noodles is a bowl with refreshing bean sprouts, chopped cucumber, lettuce, pickled carrots, peanuts & fried green onions in vegetable all paired with our house vinaigrette. All meat is specially marinated & charcoal broiled with fish sauce. (Served with traditional cool salads, cool vermicelli & hot charcoal broiled meat).
