• 04/06/26Double ShackBurger and Chicken Shack were fresh and tasted fine as did the Fries and Onion Rings (though both were cold): my issue was the portions were miniscule for the Fries and Onion Rings. In fact, we only received 5 total Onion Rings - for $7 ?!? Do better Shake Shack!

• 20/12/25This is our first time trying Shake shack. The burger was really good. Two patties was definitely better than one. We wouldn't get the bacon again. It was a bit chewy. The onion rings are better than the fries. The shakes were delicious. I wish they had stapled the bag shut so that the driver didn't get to possibly touch our food that was inside. It wasn't packaged properly for a delivery service.

• 27/10/25The burgers were very well done. Almost burnt.  I've ordered from you guys many times and never had burgers like that. Not to mention when my DoorDash arrived to my house there was no seal on it, and I could literally look down and see the burgers from standing over them because they weren't covered up. Hopefully next time it'll be like it usually is.

• 27/04/25OMG ! The best hamburger the you can find! Perfection, fresh tomato and lettuce, the meat was cooked in the way the I chose and arrived fast, thats mean the I can eat warm and fresh, the sauce was served in the per portion. I LOVE IT! Thank you!

• 10/11/23My food was hot when it arrived, burger was juicy and cooked to perfection. Shake was off the charts good exactly how I ordered it. My first time using doordash, awesome experience.
