always love Flying Flatbread. food is fresh, has complex flavors, and is full of nutritious colorful ingredients.  we always order the Lebanese Bride and pair with the Lentil Soup. it never disappoints

I haven't been able to stop thinking about their Hummus DD since I had some as a side with my shawarma the other day. I had to order a full container of it. Paired with fresh hot Sourdough Pita Bread it is phenomenal.

The wraps like the Lebanese Bride DD are perfect for a hot night when you want something that isn't heavy or greasy.

PLATE - Chicken Shawarma & Lahm Bi Ajeen - Excellent, fresh& good portion. Wonderful flavors. PLATE - Chicken Shawarma was good, as usual.  First time trying  Lahm Bi Ajeen &I loved it! Everything is sofresh & yummy. I will definitely order again.

Wow! Tastiest food in Southern Oregon.  All PLEASURE and NO guilt. Believe me....you will be full and fulfilled, eventually giving in to taking that final bite, even tho you're no longer hungry and even tho it's just the final bite of plain flatbread, because it's THAT GOOD.

This was my first time trying anything from the Flying Flatbread but if what i just ate is anything to judge by, it won't be the last time. I ordered The Roost ; Turkey, zataar and cheese are already great but when you add pomegranate seeds, it just makes it even better. Especially since we added some labne (a yogurt style cheese that is rich and savory). 
And the Pomegranate Lemonade was a perfect blend of tart and sweet. Just how I like it.
