I dont think I've ever given 5 stars on food that has been delivered. Well here you have it!! The food was hot and fresh!! The sandwich was a nice size and they did not skimp on the portion. I got the Hittin' Snooze Melt and my wife got the Breakfast N' Bread Melt both of us were really happy!!

Neither of our sandwiches were worth $5, let alone 15. The Hot Mess Melt - Combo wasn't toasted and barely had any meat. The Hittin' Snooze Melt - Combo snooze did not have any ham on it and it was not on any maple spiced brioche bread. Both sandwiches were on the cheapest white bread you can buy.
The fries were cold and not cooked as long as they should have been and had no seasoning on them. Very disappointed, to say the least.

The onion rings are overdone burnt and I got 5 pieces of cabtoulope with grapes the seasonal fruit sucks sandwiches are ok

My Giddy Up Melt was not cut. The cheese wasn't melted. They forgot the barbecue sauce completely. None of the meat was pulled apart. The onion rings were soggy and undercooked. And they forgot my drink and ranch. On top of that I waited 20 minutes past when my order was marked ready for pickup because they forgot my second sandwich which was slapped together and not toasted at all

I ordered this two days in a row...flavor didn't disappoint...the caramelized onions, yum. Two things I observed, I wish the fries had its own container in the box (they were all the over the box when I got the order). The second thing, with my first order the sandwich bread remained nice and toasted but a bit soggy with the second order.
I will still order again cause as I said, the flavor...chef's kiss!
