Food was good! chicken was tender inside & crispy outside! would of loved the options of only livers & no gizzards but that's ok. All good!

After ordering, I saw many recent bad reviews on Yelp! I was a bit apprehensive as I waited for my order to arrive. My order arrived and the chicken was hot and not greasy as warned. The rolls were soft and warm, not hot and crusty. The okra was fresh and not soggy. The value for my money was far greater than the deals offered by the national chains. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that when my Dasher arrived to get my order, they made her wait an additional 15 minutes.

The chicken was the only thing good. Mashed Potatoes tasted like instant store bought potatoes. Brown gravy tasted like watered down gravy uck! The fries were soggy and the strawberry Fanta had no frizz and was almost flavorless. Youre honestly better off getting Popeyes chicken and its cheaper
Also no hotsauce for the chicken

 I ordered a small okra and got a large instead. I ordered a large corn fritter and got a small instead. The large fries were cold and soggy. The fries portion was also small. The ketchup packs are horrible.

Both the chicken and the rice tasted stale. Definitely was cooked today or maybe even yesterday. Disappointed because Williams has never failed me, but today it didn't work out.
