I love paella, but it is hard to find one with the rice cooked just so and the seafood cooked to perfection. The paella negra is perfect. The squid ink makes it is soooo delicious!! The ensalada de manzana is so delicious! The tartness of the green apples pairs very well with the paella negra. Try it; you will probably love it.

the portion of theood was small. These little lamb chops is not worth $20.Next is the Macarrones I also don't think it was worth $11 cause the portions size. The only good thing I xan say about both dishes are the flavor. It was still delicious.
