Every single time, my bagels are cut extremely unevenly - one half being almost the entire bag, with the other half being a sliver. These bagels are the closest I have found to NY-style bagels out here in the Seattle area, so I didn't mind payinga bit extra. But, I can no longer justify the cost for such poor quality."
