"I had avoided ordering from here for a long time because there was no option to specify "no sour cream" or "whole beans instead of refried" for the burrito options from DoorDash. Wish I would have ordered the Pollo Asado Gs, Tacos Al Carbon, or Sopa de Pollo (Chicken Soup) sooner. Everything was great. It was fresh and expertly prepared. The chicken was grilled hot and juicy, beef in the Authentic Enchiladas Jalisco was wonderfully tender. The rice was light and fluffy, beans perfectly just barely al dente and not over cooked and falling apart. All of the vegetables were perfectly done. We have a new favorite local Mexican restaurant. Highly recommended.
Our only minor complaints are the store bought quality of the corn tortillas and the guacamole was fresh and good but surprisingly bland. Also would like to be able to omit sour cream or specify whole beans in the DoorDash menu. "
