I don't know whether they used dry-brine or wet-brine technique, but my order was so overly salty as to be practically inedible. "Not bad. Definitely have had better wings. But for the price, these aren't bad. The fries were good, I'd say better than wingstops fries. But I prefer celery with wings (luckily I had some at home).
