"Everything I tried in this first order was very good except the warm lettuce in my sandwich which I should have realized when I was placing my toasted sandwich order. Somedays the brain doesn't connect lol. The Briccolu cheddar soup was EXCELLENT!! The flavors were well balanced and the consistency was perfection! It made my son so happy (he hasn't been able to swallow food for 2 years and is on TPN - basically eating through his veins) So took a chance and it played off big time. He was able to manage a few bites and his face lit up with joy as your soup brought him back to his younger days where he would eat 2 bowls of Marie Callendat'e Briccolu Cheddar Siup and devour the salad bar.
