"The food is usually pretty good, and normally I don't write reviews, but I have been having a specific issue since ordering from this store.
I get a Build Me Up Burger almost every time. The whole point is to customize the burger, yet I am missing the sauce about 50% of the time. Without it, it is just a plain, dry burger. Rarely, they put an ingredient on there that I requested they leave off, or they didn't add something else I asked for, but nothing like the amount of times I don't get the sauce. The sauce is the only reason I even get this specific meal! I could order from cheaper places to get a comperable or even burger, but I order from here for the sauce.
Additionally, this time, my Barq's® Root Beer (sealed) wasn't all the way filled. It was missing about an inch of soda from the top. That was on top of the missing sauce.
This order was clearly not quality controlled before given to the driver. The wait times for this place are already long, and the driver is always waiting about 10 minutes before they are able to pick up the order, so it's really a shame that these things slipped through the cracks."

"Had to come back to try a cheesesteak; I got the Ranch cheesesteak (Solo) (رانش تشيزستيك مفرد) with chicken, it was incredible and I already want another one! If I had just gotten this, the review would be 5 stars.
Unfortunately I was craving some nuggets so I went with the Chicken Nuggets with choice of side (10pcs)(Combo) (١٠ قطع ناقتس مع سايد) , which is clearly just frozen supermarket nuggets and fries they heated up in an air fryer or even possibly a microwave. Skip them unless you're really craving them like me, it was not a good experience and honestly they should be on the kids menu, that's clearly who they're for, for $9 on the main menu I was expecting a bit more. Lots of sauce though!

He called me and asked my preference. It is fresh, has wonderful flavor. I see areas of broccoli over ripe and a couple leaves that are near expiration. I don't mind he's not wasting food! I prefer he not. I set mine up in two different bowls, one more like a salad and then the glass noodles are separate and I still have almost half this soup broth I can add. There are two different flavor packets for your preference, and of course, what we have at home. I wanted to show the packaging to show the care he took for separating items. Even the greens that go over the glass noodles. This was well worth this price. This is gonna be my go to now and it's way too much food for me right now. But I'm sure you're gonna do my best. "I had a hard time deciding on what to order with so many options that sounded good, but ended up going with the Ultimate Veggie Salad . It was great! I wavered on spending $20 on a meatless salad, but when I say it's packed, the box is packed FULL. I also requested a few changes to the veggies included which were followed perfectly. I will say, for the amount of salad that you get, you're only given a 2oz cup of dressing, which wasn't enough for me. They do provide the option of purchasing more separately, so I will do so next time, but wanted to call that out for others.
