I had almost given up on finding good pad thai in Portland before checking out Khao Thai. The beef pad thai was delicious and a generous size. I especially love that it came with lime. They have easily become a new favorite of mine.

They cook for you like you are family, like you are a family member who just walked in hungry. They cook as if they are treating your hunger as if possibly medically serious, they are so fast! They also take total care to make sure every ingredient is cooked right and they make a beautiful presentation for you, even if carry out. Mine came garnished in the most genius way, I totally enjoyed it.
And don't skip their eggrolls. Their egg rolls are melt-in-your-mouth delicious, never had better.
I have no trouble saying this is one of the best Thai restaurants in Portland and one of the best I've ever experienced.

Very flavorful - this is the best pad see ew I've ever had anywhere in the city. The portion is large and the food was fresh! Will order again!

The wonton soup was mild and our spice adverse 6-year-old kid liked it a lot! The yellow curry was delicious. Papaya salad was crisp and refreshing. The cashew delight stir fry was spicy and hit the spot. And they threw in free egg rolls! We'll be ordering again!

always amazing food and they read special instructions. the SP10. Tangerine Duck , drinks, and spring A1. Tofu Fresh Roll or Shrimp Fresh Rolls are the best
