Ordered Island Hopper, some rice tots, chirashi bowl, miso and rice. Over 100 bucks and I'm not impressed. "Crispy" rice tots were chewy, the tempura in the island hopper roll was similarly chewy, the rice arrived cold, and most of the chirashi didn't taste very fresh.

Outstanding sushi as always. Everything was fresh and carefully prepared. Loved the nigiri with yakumi. The sea bream was especially delicious because of the shiso leaf and condiment. However the highlight was the Island Hopper roll. I hope they keep it on the regular menu and not just as a summer special. Light, fresh and interesting combination of lemon, shishito and kanpachi. Will definitely order again!

I ordered the green machine with salmon and a spicy tuna roll. Excellent! I've eaten at the restaurant as well. It's worth it to get the fresh wasabi and the Unicorn is a must try. Can't go wong with Bamboo Sushi.

The salmon flight ($21) shows 5 pieces of salmon but the portion served is only 4 pieces which feels misleading.
