When wings arrived they were still very hot (temperature-wise). Good late night snack. I do wish the ranch sauce was not packed in amongst the wings - it was warm. The wing sauce came separately.

I love jailbird but this location is not the same as the stores in Chicago. The wings were heavily breaded and soggy and the miso ranch didn't taste how it usually taste at all. It was very thick, more like a buttermilk ranch that happened to sit out for too long.

Might be the best wings I've had in a long time. Good size and the flavor was perfect. They were so good I ordered it again so my wife could try.

I was looking forward to the wings, but was disappointed. There was an odd taste and smell. The tots had the same taste and smell. I think maybe the frying grease needs to be changed. As far as the sauce, I found it not to my liking. Thank goodness it was on the side. If it was in my wings I probably would not have eaten them. There was no ranch included which I requested. I have ordered from here before and liked it very much. Unfortunately, this time I was not impressed.

Do not waste your money here. Tots were freezer burnt, slaw was a tablespoon full and 100% onion flavored, boneless wings were bland and cold.
