* rated 5 Stars because I received excellent customer service all 3 times I've ordered from Pannikin.
2 times I've received very stale products including today.
When fresh the cinnamon rolls and muffins are excellent.

Cinnamon roll was excellent.
They were out of GF pumpkin muffins so I received chocolate chip muffin with a kind note of explanation but muffin tasted stale. The cookie crust bar was way too sweet for me and tasted stale or dry.
Sorry I couldn't be more complimentary.

It was good and delivered with a spill proof sticker, coffee was filled to the top of cup unlike other places that is 3 quarters full.

Excellent customer service by Justin Dasher and by Pannikin Coffee and Tea! They called me to request 1 substitution as they were all sold out of 1 item. They were closing and I was so impressed with the service I received. Thank you very much
