The Fried Bay Scallops were tender sweet and delicious. They came with tartar sauce and cocktail sauce both of which were very good. I didn't care much for the rice. The apple crisp wasn't really an apple crisp. It was a teeny tiny apple tart like thing with way too thick pastry, crust, and way too few apples

The Cedar Plank Whiskey Salmon was cooked nicely temp wise but had no flavor and it came with yellow rice and broccoli instead of mashed potatoes and asparagus which is what was described. The Lobster Bisque Puree had the consistency of mayonnaise and not much else to say about it.
