My favorite here at Baskin's is the Bana Royale its a smaller version of a bana split made to order. I'm not sure who was working tonight but either they weren't having a good day or they didn't want to work.
Normally these sundaes are great but tonight, Saturday 3/29, at 8:15pm whomever was in charge of filling this DoorDash order was really off.
Its supposedto have two scoops, received only one. Supposed to have an entire banana sliced up. Actually counted two (2) pieces of banana! Topping was to be hot fudge which was all balled up in a corner of the bottom of the cup.
As you can see in the picture, the quantity is so low a lid wasn't even necessary! If the cost on Doordash is $20 with fees included, the least you can do is make the same product you make for someone who comes into the restaurant!
To the worker who filled my order, how would you feel if this happened to you? Im sorry you are having a bad day but dont let it show in your quality of work or lack of.
Hopefully going forward, things will go back to normal!?!

Did not get what was in the picture.
I paid $8 for a cup of melted "frozen" strawberries that was supposed to be a blended smoothie the cup was smaller than my hand. The picture shows what looks like a smoothie and i got what once was frozen strawberries melted in a tiny bowl

Banana Royalethe scoopsof ice cream were as though for a toddler they need to be 2 heaping scoops the container had so much roomasif I paid more for all the extras which were very nummy. but justnot enoughce cream not very satisfying a all.
