Food quality has really gone downhill, unfortunately. The Brisket Grilled Cheese was good, though there was a ton of fat in the pork. Did not receive the French Fries I ordered. The Bethlehem Pasta was an oddly small amount for the price, and the pasta itself was SO overcooked it was basically a pile of mush. It's very disappointing since I've had it before, and it's excellent when done correctly.

The smoked meatloaf sandwich, as pictured, shows it comes on a brioche roll, with lettuce tomato, onion and secret sauce. Picture does not match what you will receive! I received a slice of meatloaf, dry, on a kaiser style roll. Beyond disappointing for how much they charged for this.

This is me having to make my own cheeseburger because brew works didn't add the cheese they charged me extra $ for. And they also forgot my bleu cheese dressing for the side salad. Bethlehem restaurants get comfortable and complacent and their quality suffers. Disappointed.

I ordered Loaded Fries and you can tell the fries used were stale and been out awhile. My burger was missing the tomato and onion and when I bit into the burger it was nothing but dry and tasteless. was my first time trying this place out never again.
