I am a almost impossibly picky eater - vegan, celiac, no sugar, no seed oil, no gums, blah blah blah - which leaves me with precious few options for eating out. Oh, and I don' t like salad, ha. You get the point- there are not a lot of places that both meet my criteria AND make delicious, creative food. This place is fantastic. I had a bowl with cauliflower rice, pinto beans, kimchi, coconut sweet potatoes,and cashew cream sauce: 10/10 all around: taste, quality of ingredients, nutr density, all A+. I also had the Spicy Vegan broth and DUDE. It is perfect. If they sold it by the gallon I would haul a few on the plabe back to Cali with me. I come to NYC every other month for work and will definitely order these again next time. Sorry about the photo- i forgot to take one before i devoured it. Just added it so you'd know I'm not a bot ;).
I should add that I also ordered a side of the Roasted Free-Range Chicken Side for my dog. I know that sounds rude but she travels with me and ar home eats only free range chicken that I bake for her. I realize I sound like a total a$$hole now. You're all like, "Yeah of COURSE she's from California." Ha. Ignore how annoying I sound and just trust me: beautiful beautiful food.

Springbone is usu great with their portion sizes, however tonight my bowl arrived clearly not full.This is unfortunate because it's usually the reason I choose Springbone over others. I hope this issue can be dealt with.

I loved the box of broth and the broth itself is 5 stars but it was advertised as 96 ounces and after it was all poured out into 12 glasses it was barely over 72 ounces which considering the price theyre charging is pretty awful. I love this place so I'm torn but that's pretty disreputable in practice. I would definitely get the bone broth again but I'll never get the box of broth as they either are taking advantage of their customers or are too lax to care enough to fill it full.

The Immunity Broth is one of the best remedies I've ever had. I'm working in the city this week and I wasn't feeling well; but this CURED me! I love that everything is made with such care, and the ingredients seem to be thoughtfully chosen as well. If you're looking for something healthy & filling, and reasonably priced food, look no further!

This place which I have loved for so long has really hit a decline recently. The Mexican bowl was always amazing was really poor this last couple of times. The chicken was tough and cold and not that it mattered because it was nearly inedible but the portions are a fraction of what they used to be.
