Portion size on the tater tots was disappointing for the value, but order was correct and delicious otherwise!!

I normally love BWW. But, despite all customizations on my order being set to default (i.e. medium buffalo sauce and ranch on the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap), there was ... NO SAUCE (??) on my wrap. None at all. Zero. It was literally just a dry tortilla with (unsauced) breaded chicken, cheese, and a few tomato cubes in it. And I paid extra for a side of potato wedges, and they barely tossed a fistful of them into this huge container. Thankfully they did include the extra dipping sauce that I also paid extra for (the Southwestern Ranch ), which I appreciated. But, please, staff, pay attention to your orders next time.

Ordered 10 boneless wings with 2 sauces. Mine as well have eaten Kroger chicken tenders and saved the $$$. There was no sauce. The traditional wings my husband ordered were bomb, but beware of the boneless wings. Mac n Cheese is also child-sized for $5. Rip off! Almost $100 and B-Dubs did us dirty cuz we ordered online. Last time we do that...

No sauce for Mozzarella Sticks, pickles were under fried and there were only 3 edible chicken bites they were like crisps with zero chicken inside!

So annoying. Half the wings aren't covered with any sauce. Paid $16 for over done chicken nuggets without sauce. And they forgot my $4 bottled drink. Not happy.
