Tom Yum Fried Rice was dry, lacking any flavor.
Whatever gave the rice its orange color didn't deliver anything in terms of flavor.
Pork pieces were also dry, like stale croutons. No flavor because no moisture.
The whole dish had like 2 slices of onion.
I would've been better off drizzling some food coloring into some white rice and salting to taste.
An utter waste of time and money
