• 7/09/25This is the second time they have forgotten to place our cones in the bag In the past, we would receive the ice cream in a container and the cones stacked in the bag. It worked perfectly.

• 30/07/23They're not scoops of ice cream. Always mini scoops, scoops so small they're almost non existent. Maybe two bites, especially the one on the very bottom. Not worth it anymore.

• 14/01/22seems like every time I've gone ice cream from this Pacific Place they don't give the Right Scoop amount my two scoops is basically a one scoop I find it ridiculous that they tried to cheap you
