First time trying it and I was not disappointed. I called before hand to make sure it was available and the girl helping us was so nice and sweet! She is a great worker, and it was perfect with the dasher paring.

These are not the flavors I asked for and it was supposed to be a sundae. There is no hot fudge and I also payed for extra hot fudge. Really sad that this order was over $20 and not at all what I ordered.

Last time I order from here.
I ordered a 2 Scoop Sundae and it's more like a kids 1 scoop. I have ordered before, gave it chance after chance. My order is ALWAYS wrong or is missing items.

Sent the toppings open and left out a 3 scoop order of ice cream . For the price of the ice cream I'd like to get what I ordered and not have to reorder!

Missing the bubble gum from 3 Scoop Sundae can't get a partial refund from DoorDash. So I asked the store manager and they said no too. So annoying. My favorite flavor. The others are seasonal.
