best pizza, they even add a nice touch w olive, good quality, worth the price, go to for food Bertucci pepperoni is good quality, not greasy

The Mac and Mac & Cheese was did not have a lot of sauce and a bit bland but overall okay.
The Four Cheese Ravioli was really good, big portion and good flavor.
The Garlic Knots were soft and super good.

Dissapointed. We usually love ordering from here, Even though it's expensive, because quality is usually so delicous. But last night our large pizza was Cold (because our Dasher was stuck in a long line to get our order (almost 30min from when it said it was ready for pickup to when she actually was able to get through the line to get it. Not her fault. Bertuccis should not have orders ready if the dasher cant get to it while it's still hot.)
Pizza was also Overcooked with almost No Ricotta cheese or Onions (that we paid extra for) the Rolls were oddly small like they ran out of dough or rushed them. The Garlic Knots were almost half the amount we usually receive and extra small as well.
Door dash thankfully gave us a $10 credit for it being cold, but im still upset with the other issues, how long we had to wait for the order (extra 35-40min for it to get to us. Not because of dasher, she was great with communicating) and the amount of money I spent for it is a dissapointment. Im hesitant to order again and I usually order from here at least once a week.
Im aware things happen and they could have been understaffed or what not. But if a customer is paying the same amount of money, it should be the same level of quality as usual. The coke cans were cold at least haha

Oily Fettuccine Alfredo, greasy Rigatoni Abruzzi, and the $8 salad was just lettuce, a few 1/4 inch cubes of cucumber and a slice of tomato, that only tasted like onion.

Not good. I've had better pizza at a high school cafeteria. Disappointing because Bertucci's is usually good, but not this time. Cheap cheese and not enough of it.
