The patty melt was the right temperature and packaged well. The fries were great and I loved the natural cut! I will definitely be ordering from there again.

Overpriced disappointment. Overcooked Grass Fed Beef patty on the massively overpriced "build-your-own" burger. It was identical to / indistinguishable from the Patty Melt patty. Virtually NO way to tell if we were simply up-charged for the exact same frozen hockey puck of beef on both items-- they both were burnt, rubbery, & flavorless. Cheese on the burger wasn't even melted, bun was soggy all the way through. Granted-- this was a late night last ditch order when we discovered the hotel didn't offer room service past 10 pm, so we just ordered whatever was quick and available on DoorDash because we were starving. I'd offer more stars for the speed of the delivery & the fact at least they got the beverages correct... but the food was SO bad I can't in good conscience offer more than 2 stars, and really they both are only because Magnus was such a polite Dasher. Save yourself the disappointment... you'd be better off with McDonald's for a fraction of the price.

Best chocolate milkshake I've ever had, and the fries were pretty good. The burger however was so strangely gross. Soapy mustard, raw chewy burger, wilted veggies, and deflated bun. Sad that it was so different from what was seriously the best milkshake i've ever had

I ordered a Grass Fed Burger and fries, even with the additions and extras on the Burger it was one of the saddest things I've had. Imagine buying a burger from a gas station and old fries from Wendy's but with pepper and salt.

had the patty Patty Melt and the MAC N CHEESE BITES, and they were mediocre at best, tasted like pre-made frozen food, not worth the money
