• 12/08/26i usually do not have issues with Brat House. They are one of my favorites but this time it was bad. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Tenders. The meat was very tough and the breading was too hard. It was much overcooked. I also ordered the Seasoned Waffle Fries. I could barely taste any seasoning until I got to the bottom of the container. Again they were overcooked. They were tough to bite. Also, I ordered an extra cup of Honey Mustard Sauce of which I did not receive. I will stay away from these items in the future

• 2/08/24Ready on-time and everything was excellent. Try the Giant Pretzel-- it's memorable in many ways. Sausage Sampler was delicious as well. Can't go wrong.

• 27/12/24The food is always good. I order many times from them. A couple things this time though. My Cheeseburger arrived plain. There was no lettuce, tomato, onion, etc. I also ordered a bowl of Getman Spaetzle but it was a much smaller order than I usually get. As a side thought, I think it would be great if they offered beverages as well,

• 12/07/26The burger doesn't have a bun—how can you deliver a burger without a bun? And the steak sandwich isn't even a sandwich; it's just a big chunk of meat. I wouldn't order from here again.
