Grandma's eggplant parm! Actually grandma never made me eggplant parm, or I might not have left for college.
Granted the place looks a bit dated, so what. Was all very clean and efficient, and there whole family were there working the food line.
I watched as they did everything correct.. nicely toasted fresh bread.. nice juicy slices of eggplant. Heated in the pizza oven then brought to the kitchen for fresh assembly.
I would say this was vastly better vs a chain pizza down the block. Highly recommended.

Baked ziti and meatballs arrived piping hot however both lacked flavor. Garlic knots were good.

the meatballs were big, but there should really be more than two in an order... couldn't even share it, so I don't know how it tasted.
