It took Burger King for almost an hour to make my food. The time for my food to arrive in my hands was supposed to be 32 mins. The cheese for my Ghost Pepper Whopper Meal was even melted any more. Plus the crispy peppers wasn't crispy. Then when I called the store to see if I needed to cancel, the lady was very rude. They also forgot the straws.

why would it ask me what sauce I want and why would it be printed on the ticket if they're not going to give it to me?! now I have to eat my dry over cooked onion Rings without any sauce as well. I stay at an Airbnb every I stay at an Airbnb every week for for work while I'm out of town and and obviously have nothing and the and the refrigerator

Two of our entrees were missing, two were wrong, my mozzarella fries were all hollow and stuck to the container so the only edible thing from our order was fries. Very disappointed.

I wouldn't know i didn't receive my full order so I didnt enjoy it at all
... fries were overcooked as well.. only was able to feed 2kids and I have 4 in the house I am highly disappointed

Chicken Fries were tough and chewy like they were sitting under the warmer lamp for the past few hours. LARGE onion rings wasn't even completely filled or included the zesty sauce I ordered with it.
