As a well traveled woman I can truly say, their food is delicious! Pretty much everything on the menu is tasty! My favorite is the Birria of course, I love the rice and beans plus the California burrito is quite yummy ! It really helps they are close by and always consistent with flavors ! Food is always delicious, fresh and hot! The salsas are nice and spicy which is a plus in our book, the meat is tender and full of flavor. added plus that they are just down the street from us. This is our new go to. Taco each Quesabirria (3 pc) with consome Burrito BIRRIA TAQUITOS Quesabirria (each)

always hot and delicious!! The meat is full of flavor and I love that they always make it how I ask (no beans). Consume is wonderful especially on a colder day, warms you right up

this is the only restaurant in the PDX area that does a california burrito right! 10/10 & the PIZZABIRRIA with consome is insane. Highly recommend but make sure you're hungry, or sharing! :b

This was my first time trying Quesabirria (each) and either really love it or Carlos Birrieria is just superb because omg that's something I'd Love have over and over! I really wish I had ordered more than two😂
