the staff was very appreciated for just the smile they maintained with the long drive threw line then me ..who can be very impatient at the times banging at the windows like I'm special and my order was gonna be ready before all them cars in drive threw ..and for and as young they were..very impressed how they maintained to stay professional,all smiles ,and very clean place..I dont do reviews usually..or I think them three are perfect examples on how to stay on top of orders,and just makng it happen for everyone.. well the young lady answer my knocking on the window ..like whos the crazy one at the walk up window when it's so freezing out there you know.like freezing..lol..she hsd my food ready. food was hot and good.. satisfying the hardest one to ever be satisfied one I love so much mother of mine ..keep up the good work... a clean work environment really makes customers happy..five stars on everything.

• 16/05/26I got very little chicken and mostly French fries. it looks like they grabbed a handful of fries and less then a handfulof chicken then just literally tossed it into the box and smashed the lid shut. I wont be ordering from Rallys again on DoorDash until doordash switches partnership with the one on wilder road.

• 7/02/26I didn't want t give it a thumbs den completely but that was the option I had to work with. I ordered a Baconzilla and paid for an extra paddy which wasn't cheap. My extra paddy wasn't there. and since I door dashed, not like I can take my sandwich back. The first time I could eat from not feeling good and couldn't even get it right. very disappointing. Also you would think since it is doordash, Rallys would fold the top of the bag over and then put the sticker on. bag was wide open with the sticker at the end. not Door dash fault. Rallys. don't know if I will do that again.

• 12/04/26They forgot the cheese and pickles on my double cheeseburger and randomly added lettuce, nothing like I ordered. It still tasted fine but still disappointing for how overpriced DoorDash and fast food is.
