I received my order through door dash and the dasher was great! My 8oz Polynesian sauce was not in the order at Chick fil A when the dasher arrived. I contacted the store and they said there is nothing they can do, they do not "deal with" 3rd party vendors. Door dash customer service obviously was not able to assist with the issue because it was not Door Dash's fault that the order was not correct upon pick up. Terrible customer service from a store I frequent.

My dasher was wonderful, but I couldnt eat my sandwich because it was very obvious it was on old bread and the chicken was extremely grainy.

The store consistently keeps leaving out the sauces that go with the Chicken Strips meal. Great taste though and healthy when substituted with the kale crunch salad.

sandwich was the worst I have ever had. tasted like old grease or something. could not eat it. fries were ok.
