Order was actually right for once! Burrito was very full and had plenty of chicken & beans which is great since I only get those, rice & salsa since I can't have dairy. Only problem was the rice seemed undercooked or had dried out and was unpleasantly crunchy throughout it.

I always see these bad reviews and get nervous but any time I have ordered from this store it has been perfect. My salad I just ordered was overflowing, my only complaint is I wish I had more lettuce to balance everything else out! But everything is delicious. Thank you for taking care of my order

Barely had proper portions of rice, poor proportions of chicken, was drowned in sour cream . Barely had anything in my Burrito Bowl other than sour cream. Bowl was upside down in the bag. No utensils no napkins.

Gave me two shriveled pepper slices in my quesadilla order (on the side) instead of calling or literally replacing it with anything else. Also forgot the cup of queso as well. This store never fails to amaze me, whether picking up or doordashing :) if you're out of something, you should call. Easy fix

1/4 of the portion size with poor mixing of ingredients and poor wrapping. Ingredients were cold and tortilla. Rice was not flavored like normal chipotle rice, instead it was soft and mushy and bland.
