It's not really a novel restaurant concept, the tofu and sweet potatoes were bone dry, there wasn't nearly enough sauce and it lacked a good amount of salt to at least give flavor to the bowl, and they messed up one of our bowls by adding extra ingredients (thankfully nothing we were against eating, just not in the mood for).
