I have ordered more than the hand-breaded fried chicken tenders. Altho, they were very good!!! I generally will order some type of chicken from here. It has been CONSISTENTLY delicious. I realize that Cracker Barrel may cost a bit more than some of the other places, but it is well worth it. The quality of the food outweighs the expense.

This was my first time trying Cracker Barrel's Meatloaf, and it's pretty good. Nice and moist and plenty of flavor. And the Turnip Greens are my favorite - cooking them with smoked pork gives them loads of flavor without being greasy like other places that cook their greens with bacon or other fatty meat. Very nice! (Now if you could just do something about those terrible corn muffins...)

The pinto beans and dumplings were overcooked or something. The mashed potatoes were runny and there was very little dumplings? Maybe the end of the pot. The chicken in the rice and chicken tasted weird. The rice was good the corn was good and the biscuits were great! This is a first time for a bad review for Crackle Barrel probably eat in from now on. We were just tired today and thought we would DoorDash which we rarely do lately.

I have written very positive reviews for this Cracker Barrel before. This brunch mealtime order was disappointing today . My husband had ordered the steak dinner mealtime and it was satisfactory except he should have ordered med. rare so it would be able to heat to medium if needed. It was fine. This steak and egg was not good and thinner than the dinner steak even though it says 10 oz. The hashbrown casserole for both entrees were dry and not hot as usual. The scramble eggs were definitely overcooked. My plate, Grandmas Sampler was missing the bacon. The pecan syrup was not enough for 2 pancakes. Very dissapointed in this order. We still will order again but different items and a better time of day!

Our meals, 3 entrees, arrived hot and correct other than missing butter for the muffins and biscuit! Packaging and check off system is smart! Our food was delicious! We will continue to order from Cracker Barrel because of their quality comfort food and accuracy.
