Single sugar cookie might have well just been raw cookie dough. I like soft cookies, but at least bake them. Satisfied my curiosity for these way overhyped "cookies" at least. Save your money and just get a dozen way better grocery store cookies for the same price. Most likely less.

The cookies were good however the only complaint I have is the service k ordered the cookies at 8:30 and went to pick them up at around 9 and didn't receive my cookies until 9:30 the wait was extremely long.

I’m disappointed with my recent order. I specifically requested that each cookie be placed in an individual box, and small boxes were included with the order, but all 5 cookies were packed together in one large box instead. Because of this, two of the cookies arrived smashed together during delivery. I paid for the order to be packaged a certain way and it was not followed. I would appreciate a refund, credit, or replacement for the damaged cookies
