I ordered a personal pizza and some bread sticks right before they closed and both were still perfect

They forgot the ranch, which was paid for. So, $1.50 for nothing. The pizza was dry and cold. The cheese pizza was simply over cooked.

I also called immediately placing the order and asked if they could includes plates as we are in a hotel room.  The woman who answered said "we are busy, but we will try to remember, so sorry if I forget."

The dough was so thick it was raw on the inside. The cheeses are not a balanced combo and the slice has no structure so it completely falls apart when trying to eat. Beyond that it just doesn't taste good. I've had Donatos before and loved it, maybe this specific pizza isn't a good one or it was a bad day for the restaurant.

Sandwiches were smaller and less meaty than usual.  I received 7 small boneless wings.  It seemed like maybe they were running low on inventory.  Everything tasted good, though, but the value wasn't there this time.

Wow! The chicken was rubbery and extremely small. The pizza sauce was without flavor and hardly any cheese... not what I expected and not with what was paid
