The mochi in the Filled Mochi Donut just felt like uncooked dough and the taro was very watery, the mochi donuts never miss though

I absolutely love going to this place and they are normally GREAT and fresh! But sadly our order was stale and not good. Threw away half of my Mochi donut after two bites :(!

We ordered six donuts and only received four. We didn't know until it was delivered. Typically a business will call and say we are out of this flavor would you like this flavor? We definitely would have picked another flavor!
