Doubting Thomas is so good I've ordered back to back. The execution of everyone tried has been phenomenal. Fig latte was yummy. Mushroom Rice Bowl was so so good and vegetarian so felt a bit healthier. Almond croissant is HUGE and had some type of strawberry filling which was a yummy surprise

10/10. Went to doubting Thomas twice in a week, the first to try the corn beef hash and then the second to try the pork belly. Each dish had so much flavor, texture and it was the perfect size for one person. Also, their passion fruit pie that everyone talks about was soooo good.

delicious veggie Veggie Burrito also manages to not be watery like inferior veggie burritos often are. I always like to get the staff pick Danish for some whimsy and also bc I know all their baked goods are fire.

The pastries are amazing here. The Pistachio Croissant had a bit of citrus to it that was unexpected but a fun surprise! The Cookie was a sea salt chocolate chip cookie that was soft in the middle and slight crunchy on the outside (my personal preference) and the Seasonal Coffee Cake was just as good! No complaints

This is one of the best bakeries in the area. Everything I've ordered has been fantastic! The pastries are rich and buttery and beautifully baked. Both the veggie and the vegan burrito are delicious. I love this place.
