Delicious with large variety of items on the menu....the $2, $3, and $4 deals are yummy. I've been drinking Dunkin' Donuts coffee for....ever! I'm just glad they're finally in San Jose

I love Strawberry Dragonfruit Dunkin' Refresher. I have at least   2or3 a day.  Also, the staff at the BLOSSOM HILL rd and SNELL are the best store by far. Friendly staff always smiling making my day better. I LOVE DUNKIN!!!

The sourdough sandwich with a sausage patty is disappointing. The sausage patty is small and they only put one piece of cheese on it. That's the only reason they didn't get 5 stars.

I bought a large peppermint mocha and when it arrived, you couldn't taste the peppermint mocha at all. I even started thinking maybe it was at the bottom, but there was still no peppermint mocha flavoring. Also, I bought a couple donuts and they drop the donuts in the bag with the icing on the bottom, so it sticks to the bag. Disappointing!

I picked specific flavors for my doughnuts but they just threw random flavors in ... and my coffee was a large but it wasnt filled to the top the cup was only about 3/4ths full a little dissapointing since the coffee was 7$ for the cup and at first ithought it was because they just didnt  add ice but had ice the customer service was kinda bad ... no attention to detail ..
