The fish sandwich could have been fried longer, very soggy, not crispy at all and no flavor, had gotten it before and was perfect. Other items were okay.

I tried to give Fatz Cafe a second chance sin the last order I placed in person had awful customer service. My Reuben sandwich was poor to say the least. It was greasyand the meat was overdone. The fried okra was barely seasoned. $20 wasted .

Waited over an hour because my order was incorrect when my dasher arrived for pickup. My po boy sandwhich was only half a sandwich and roughly 12 French fries. Pretty disappointed in the entire order. Waste of money.

I ordered the sampler which included 2 of my favorite dishes. I only received ONE thing and it was neither of my 2 favorites. I got a plate of fries and was only refunded $5.19! I don't even like the fries. I just wanted the fried green tomatoes and the firecracker sticks. received neither.

The double Double Stack Burger was almost as bad as a McDonald's single patty. It was all bun and hardly any meat.. Neither the burger or the NY Ruben were worth the money. The mac and cheese was one step above the generic box stuff. I don't recommend this place unless you want to throw your money away. They did not have something and I think they should have contacted us to ask if they should substitute for something else. instead, we did not get the food and it was too late to reorder again. very disappointed. thank goodness door dash backed us up and we bought some food from the hotel vending machine.
