• 26/07/24what a great restaurant, portions were large. meatball sub was delicious and great size. Ordered Fettuccine Alfredo arrive hot and with extra breadsticks.

• 28/08/25All of the food tasted off, the pizza was sweet and undercooked. The pasta sauce for the spicy Ziti tasted very odd like indescribable. The breadsticks were good though. The portions were very large but the quality and freshness of the food made this bad value.

• 22/03/22Don't advertise something as a pesto pasta when there is hardly any pesto it was absolutely disgusting and the pasta wasn't salted. The alfredo was gross and slimey too. I could only eat two bites it was awful. The small salads at kroger are bigger and cheaper than that sad lettuce bowl yall call a salad with 10 pieces of lettuce. Not worth the $20 I spent on it.

• 1/03/25Loaded...wth literally one piece of chicken cut up and three pieces of broccoli and no sauce. Terrible. Husbands spicy baked ziti with chicken had no sauce and no chicken as well.

• 13/12/23I ordered the Spaghetti with Meat Sauce but the sauce just didn't have much meat or flavor. I added a lot of Parmesan to help with the flavor. I don't think it's this location though, I think Fazoli's changed their recipe as I've experienced this at another location as well. The breadsticks were great as always. I was missing a straw and my dressing for my salad but I figure that's par for the course for a delivery type of situation. The portion was large enough I was able to get three meals out of it so that's a win.
