• 29/12/25I usually love FH. Not sure if it's because they just opened but it was the worse tuna and meatball subs I've ever had from any of their locations, and took 2 hours from time of ordering to deliver. I'll try again in a few months maybe.

• 28/01/26Too much sauce, stale bread and wet lettuce. Meat and cheese was pre portioned so was one big blob instead of layered and distinctive. Will not order again.

• 24/02/26Hook and Ladder had no vegetables except lettuce even though receipt said it did. Only meat cheese and an overabundance of ranch. Very disappointed
