Have ordered from here for several years. Via door dash or pickup on my own. The food has always been excellent quality and packed securely and with great care. Not sure what is going on here now but 1st of all they gave my dasher Renae a rough time and she had to have the help of door dash customer service to get the restaurant to get my order correct. On top of that the 4. Cheese Wonton (9) were stale and the tiniest amount of cheese inside was chalky. The 30. Shrimp chowmein was in the same styrofoam container as my crunchy chow mein noodles, which were no longer crunchy. Who does that? They of course should be in separate container and in the past always were. The 13. Chicken Almond Din was tasty but again the steamed rice was put in the same styrofoam container as the dish, not separate. They have never packaged the food this way before. Not sure why but the fried 51. Fried Dumplings (7) used to come with a sauce to dip them in. They were tasty but no dipping sauce provided. Basically the quality and attention to detail and customer service is not the same, at least it wasn't tonite. They have always packed things separately, used plastic containers with lids for the dinners with crunchy things in a little waxy bag and everything put in a bag, usually a brown bag and the top stapled securely. I don't know what has happened here, but the food isn't the same quality wise and the packaging and customer service has gone way downhill. It will be a long time before I will want to eat here again if at all.

Did not receive my egg rolls but this is the first time there has been any issue with an order. Usually it's perfect.
