This is one of my favorite restaurants. The chai cream custard is divine and every dish and tea I've ordered has been exceptional. The service is amazing--the barista even wrote me a note to let me know they could not do the particular tea I ordered as decaf--which was super sweet and very much appreciated! Love this place! :)

Capri sandwich had way too much egg and was pretty messy and tasteless. It was hard to hold and just fell apart. Also, stop putting sandwiches in tiny boxes that make it difficult to take out the sandwich without it falling apart.
Capuccino was very weak. It tasted like a cup of warm milk with a little bit of cheap coffee flavoring in it. It's like they just want you to pay more for extra espresso shots to make it a real Cappuccino.
I hadn't tried Frothy Monkey for a long time and hoped it was better. Unfortunately it was not, and continues to be just another Franklin tourist trap.

I got the Bacon, Egg & Cheddar Bagel Sandwich with subbed sausage and I'm so sad. The bagel was so chewy, it tasted like it was warmed up in the microwave instead of made fresh. I also ordered an Latte - Iced and it was horrible. I typically order this exact same thing at the store and this was just not very good at all. Super sad

I ordered the Be Hive bowl and it was literally slopped in a box. It looked so unappetizing and careless. Seriously, just some slop thrown in a box for $18. Absolutely disgraceful. I wish I could attach a picture because it's unbelievable!
