As in times past, I was really looking forward to my Guthrie's chicken strips box meal. Generally, I would have rated four-stars because it's always fresh, tender, and still hot! 😋 Unfortunately, today, I think I got the box that had been sitting out for a while. Chicken and fries were barely warm and were dry; the chicken seemed overcooked, and the slaw had a weird stale taste and seemed a bit dry and anemic looking. Also, I do not believe this was the fault of the driver because they were here in almost record time - which was another clue that my meal had likely been sitting out for a bit at the restaurant . This is my first "bad" experience with Guthries....I'm hoping it was just a fluke and an 'off' day for someone.....
...P.S.... what's with not including ketchup?! Previously, that would have been my only complaint. Sorry Guthrie's, I always gladly pay the $$$ for the meal, however - in this case- and with the cost of the meal, the markup premium to use doordash and the tip, this was not acceptable.

Undercooked fries, tenders half the size of what's advertised. Don't recommend, a lot of better chicken places with similar prices.

I ordered from Guthrie's because Raising Cane's isn't an option. I wish I would've ordered from somewhere else. I got the box and none of the food (fries, chicken, toast) were even remotely warm. The fries were also overcooked. For some reason I did get WAY more then 4 chicken strips. The coleslaw was inedible. I warmed the food up in my air fryer and ate it (since I already spent the money), but it wasn't very good at all.

Way too over salted. Like extreme. If you eat 3 or 4 tenders it will burn your mouth. Dry af as well. Dry and extrnely salty. Like eating chicken jerky. Wet pasty slaw. No crunch, almost like apple sauce. This place is trash. Seriously. Big portion. But garbage.
