I continually get great service and food quality when ordering. So glad that added "customization" option to the online menu.

I normally enjoy Hardee's breakfast and i'm usually never disappointed with it but the Double Biscuit 'N' Gravy Combo I ordered was wrong it only came one Biscuit and a small thing of gravy. The hash rounds where cooked to a crisp to the point you could not eat them. The rest of the order Cinnamon Roll andSuper Bacon Biscuit Combo turned out okay but could have been better as my family stated to me.

2 orders in a row I got the wrong size Hash Rounds® , ordered a medium and got a small. Also ordered 2 Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit and got 1 sausage egg and cheese.

the ham was very small..the hashrounds was cold..I paid almost 7 dollars for the ham and that's what I got

Small Hardee's Original Bag Ham was tough, hardly any cheese. fries in old grease. Diet Dr. Pepper flat and was not good at all. Curly fries very good.
